| The
major symptom that most people experience is pain. This is
because the stone gets lodged in the ureter, which is the tube
that carries urine from the kidney all the way to the
bladder.
Often
the urinary tract goes into a spasm, which causes severe pain
in the back and the side. This pain may occasionally be in the
lower abdomen.
Difficulty
urinating is another symptom. This is of course caused by the
blockage from the kidney stones.
Blood
in the urine is caused by a stone attempting to move through
the ureter. Do not be alarmed if you see blood as it is
normal, it's just that the stone is larger than average.
Some
people may suffer from these additional symptoms:
chills, fever, vomiting, or nausea.
